About Me
About me
I combine my passion for textiles with technology and experience
My name is Małgorzata Jürgens, and for over 18 years
I have been supporting brands and manufacturers in creating thoughtful, well-tailored textile products -
from the first concept through to production.

I graduated from the Technical College of Clothing, which used to be located on Syrokomli Street in Kraków. Subsequently, I continued my education at the Faculty of Material Technologies and Textile Design at the Lodz University of Technology, majoring in Textile Engineering, where I earned my engineering degree by defending a thesis in the field of Textronics. In the next stage of my academic development, I undertook studies in Textile Design (specializing in Clothing Architecture), thereby expanding my knowledge in both the areas of design and material technology. Throughout every stage of my education, I actively participated in numerous professional internships, which allowed me to build a solid foundation and gain a better understanding of the practical realities of working within the textile and manufacturing industries. It was during this period that I began to take a keen interest in—and actively engage with—the analysis and comparison of CAD/CAM systems; this became the cornerstone of my subsequent professional specialization and steered my career path toward modern technologies that support manufacturing processes. A particularly significant element of my education was the knowledge I acquired in the field of Textronics, studied within the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering. The competencies I gained there—combined with my growing proficiency in various CAD/CAM systems—proved to be invaluable in my subsequent professional career. They enabled me not only to gain a deeper understanding of the interconnections between technology, electronics, and manufacturing processes but also to apply this knowledge practically within an industrial environment. I began gaining professional experience while still a university student, subsequently expanding it through collaborations with Semaco Sp. J. and Contec Sp. z o.o., where I developed enterprise solutions for companies across various sectors of the textile and manufacturing industries. Over the years, I have participated in hundreds of projects related to the implementation of CAD/CAM systems, automation of production processes and integration of modern technological devices. My primary area of expertise is in the development and optimization of product-centric applications—a critical component of advanced manufacturing processes. I possess a deep understanding of the profound impact that a properly installed and effectively implemented production system can have on an enterprise. Drawing upon this practical experience, I assist companies in areas including:
As a trainer and implementation expert, I have also conducted training sessions for students, technologists, and production teams, imparting practical knowledge grounded in real-world implementations and production experience. In my work, I combine technological expertise with a practical approach to process organization, ensuring that the solutions I propose are not only modern but—above all—effective and genuinely supportive of a company's growth. Since the beginning of 2025, I have been working as a freelancer, offering clients flexible and individually tailored collaboration. This allows me to focus fully on the needs of businesses and provide comprehensive support—ranging from process analysis and technology selection to implementation and the optimization of production workflows. If you are seeking professional support regarding CAD/CAM systems, cutting room organization, the implementation of automated cutters, or the optimization of production processes, I warmly invite you to get in touch. I would be happy to share my expertise and assist you in selecting the solutions best suited to the specific nature and requirements of your company.
